These terms govern use of https://jcenergysolutions.com and the services offered by JC Energy Solutions, Inc.. By using this site or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
Service estimates
All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Equipment availability and pricing may change due to manufacturer changes outside our control (notably refrigerant transitions, supply chain shifts).
Warranty
We honor all manufacturer warranties on equipment we install. Workmanship warranty: 1 year on standard installs, 2 years on full-system installs. Warranty registration is filed by us within 14 days of install completion.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless financing is arranged in advance. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and ACH. Late payments accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by California law.
Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled service with no fee up to 4 hours before the scheduled arrival time. After-hours and emergency dispatches are non-refundable once a tech is en route.
Limitations
Our services are provided "as is" subject to the warranties stated above. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the cost of the service performed. This does not limit your rights under California consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in San Bernardino County courts.
